I am obsessed with using design and creative problem solving to create solutions to problems big and small. My experience so far has centered around product and marketing. I gravitate most naturally to the role of a strategist and project manager, so I love working with people of different disciplines to bring together the pieces of a project to accomplish our goal.
I live for the opportunity to learn, and thrive in fast paced, high pressure environments. I'm constantly looking to get out of my comfort zone and love to face challenges head on.

Crafting the Future of Influencer Marketing for J&J
Bloom was my senior thesis in Parson’s Strategic Design & Management program. We partnered with the leading personal care brand Johnson & Johnson to execute the following vision which was outlined in their design brief:
Propose a project which explores and develops concepts for how Johnsons & Johnson can better serve Generation Z through on-line sales and the customization of their products.
Bloom is a platform which gives selected micro-influencers access to products, education, resources and campaigns, in exchange for content creation. Bloom serves as a tight-knit community for it's users to help each other learn and grow, while J&J gains a fleet of aspiring influencers who have an outsized impact on the purchasing behavior of their peers. Empowering Product Managers with Design Thinking
On the surface, the rigid structure of Agile/SCRUM project management, and the creative forces that enable Design Thinking don’t seem like they would mesh. However at their core, they are fundamentally similar processes driven by a desire to create positive user experiences through iterative design and testing.
When I was at ANN Inc I had the opportunity lead a half day Design Thinking workshop for the Product Management team and anyone else who wanted to join. The presentation lasted for the entire morning and consisted of a presentation (below) followed by Q&A as well as activities meant to help encourage the development of a design first mindset. Imagining an Internet Where Advertising is a Force for Good
Ads4Change is a proposal for a multi-platform intervention into the business model of the internet. It is a chrome extension that works like an ad blocker, and replaces the advertisements that users would normally see with socially conscious ads from advertisers who care about social responsibility. Users would be able to choose which causes they want the revenue from their ad views to go to. READ MORE
